pretty easy - just have a look at our menu for the week, order from the store, and show up at our kitchen between 5-630pm on your pick-up day. you will receive an order confirmation email with pickup instructions and any other necessary information

our focus in the Ghost kitchen is on quality and flavor, so whatever we’re feeling that week. could be thai, african, central american, southwestern, or just about anything in between. we are professional chefs preparing food that we love to eat. check the menu for the latest info

we offer a medium and large size. the medium serves 2-3 hungry people, and the large serves 4-5 big eaters. food comes professionally packaged in aluminum catering wares with your name and our branding.

we can substitute and accommodate for most any dietary need including vegan, vegetarian, nuts, soy, dairy, paleo, keto, and just about anything else! severe dietary needs, such as the risk of anaphylaxis due to exposure, is unfortunately beyond what we are able to accommodate. please let chef know your needs and we will do our best to make it happen for you!

Who and what is the Ghost Kitchen? Our Story….
The NoCo Ghost Kitchen , founded in 2024 in Colorado, is the pet project of our executive chef and sister company, Canyons and Chefs. We wanted to create a way to connect with the local community and offer something a little more simple, and feeding our hungry neighbors is just the thing! Our executive chef, Billy Woods, is a decorated veteran of the food industry, having worked in James Beard-awarded and Michelin-starred restaurants all over the west and Southwest, from Colorado and Arizona to California and Wyoming.
He’s now bringing his love of elevated, delicious food to the Ghost Kitchen, creating simple, easy, delicious, and nutritious eats for families and people on-the-go all over northern Colorado. Chef Billy lives in Fort Collins with his lovely wife (whom he met in undergrad at Western Colorado) and three boys. In his free time he loves hiking in the mountains, skiing and snowboarding in deep powder, cheering for the Broncos, and poring over topographic maps to find the next great adventure!
